Tammy Stellanova is an illustrator and fine artist with a background in biology and a passion for graphical narratives and visual journalism. She is a published author, having worked with Heyday Books and Yosemite Conservancy to create Nature Notebook, now in its third edition. She also self-publishes comics and travel sketchbooks. Animals and the natural world feature prominently in Tammy’s work, although she is especially interested in the juxtaposition between man and nature.
Tammy holds bachelor’s degrees in biology (UCSC, 1993) and illustration (California College of the Arts, 2003.)
